3. Cancel order

4. Tradition - Ownership

In areas where it is not possible to send the order through the courier service, the delivery time is the one provided by the Hellenic Post. Shipments will be made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and the period from August 5 to August 25.

These charges apply to areas not classified by the cooperating courier company as inaccessible. If the user - customer does not agree with the shipping cost, he is entitled - within 24 hours from the time of receiving the relevant information - to request in writing (by fax or e-mail) the correction or cancellation of the order. 5. Withdrawal - Product Return
The user-customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products he bought, without compensation and without being obliged to notify us of the reason for which he wishes to return the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date who received the products.
In this case, the user-customer is charged on the one hand with any amount charged to the store for sending the item to him and on the other hand with the immediate cost of returning the products. Returns are accepted only if the products that the buyer wishes to return are in the same condition in which he received them, ie without their packaging being sealed or violated, along with the receipt of the retail sale or the invoice as well as all their accompanying documents. Repairs other than the warranty period are the sole responsibility of the user-customer. The store gives no guarantee for the suitability of the product or device for a specific use. 7. Higher Violence
Aquariumshop.gr is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of time for execution. 8. Payment Methods
