Live Food Bladder Snails 90ml
Bladder Snails (Physella acuta or similar species) are small freshwater snails that often appear "uninvited" in aquariums, but can also be used as live food for many fish.
Use as food:
Many carnivorous or semi-carnivorous fish (e.g. pufferfish, loaches, some cichlids, betta, gourami) eat the snails as a natural food.
Fish that break them (e.g. pufferfish) benefit because the shells provide calcium and help with tooth wear (especially important for puffers).
They can also be given to predatory fish to stimulate the hunting instinct.

Enhances hunting behavior.
Bladder Snails are not considered a classic “live food culture” like brine shrimp, but are a natural and useful complementary food for certain fish, mainly for puffers, loaches and cichlids.
