These are genuine replacement foam filters for the Fluval 4 Plus submersible filter, designed to maximize mechanical and biological filtration. They are installed as the first stage to capture coarse debris, allowing the finer stages to operate more efficiently. Made of high-strength polyester foam, with intense pores (ppi) for good water flow and less clogging. Each package includes 4 foam pads, with a recommended change every 10–12 weeks to maintain effective operation.
