Platy Marigold M
The Platy Marigold is a striking variety with intense orange-yellow colors reminiscent of the marigold flower.
It often has a progressive gradient from deep red or orange on the back to more golden or yellow shades on the front of the body.
Its body is short, wide and rounded, with a small mouth.
Character and Behavior
Very peaceful and social fish, ideal for community aquariums.
They prefer to live in groups (at least 3-5 individuals).
Lively and active, they do not hide much.
Compatible with other peaceful species such as guppies, mollies, swordtails, corydoras

Viviparous species – meaning it gives birth to live young (not eggs)
A female Platy can give birth to 20–40 young every 4–6 weeks
The young should be isolated or have shelter (e.g. dense plants) to avoid being eaten
