Stoffels Vallisneria gigantea
Vallisneria gigantea is a striking freshwater aquatic plant with very long, ribbon-like leaves that create a natural, lush green background in the aquarium. Thanks to its fast growth and high resistance, it is an ideal choice for large aquariums and for creating lush vegetation in the back zone. Its leaves bend gently with the flow of water, providing movement and a natural aesthetic. Vallisneria gigantea propagates easily by side shoots, quickly forming dense clumps. Avoid pruning the leaves in the middle, as the cut edges can die. Instead, remove the oldest leaves from the base entirely to keep the plant healthy and attractive. ...More
